Each member will have access to a locker to store their belongings.

All other equipment will be provided in studio.

Mat classes can be done with or without socks, but keep in mind we are a shoeless facility passed the entry.

All the mats will be set out for you in studio. Other small equipment may be used in class, such as pilates balls, small dumbbells, ankles weights and exercise bands. 

All our classes welcome all levels.  Each class is designed to give you options to either modify or advance an exercise with or without equipment.

We strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class to give you time to get set up on your mat or reformer.  Please ensure to arrive on time, as doors will lock once class begins. Late arrivals will be subject to a no show fee.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled class or session. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of $20 or the forfeiture of the session/class credit.

For unlimited memberships, a fee of $20 will be charged for a no show.

For credits, if a no show occurs, the class credit won't be returned to the account.

Late arrivals will be treated as no shows.

To prevent any class disruptions and out of respect to all participants, we do not allow any late arrivals once doors lock and class begins, regardless if you are signed up for the class. Late arrivals will be subject to a no show fee.

If you join the waitlist for a full class, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class as soon as a spot becomes available - no confirmation required.

If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

Our schedule runs on a 7-day rolling booking window. You can view the full month’s schedule at any time, but class bookings open 7 days in advance.

Only 1 year unlimited mat memberships can be paused, once, for up to 31 consecutive days. Please reach out to us if you would like to pause your membership.

Each pass and membership has its own terms and conditions. Please ensure to read through these terms when making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer refunds on passes and memberships. If you'd like to discuss your membership or account with us personally, you can reach out at info@formepilatestudio.ca.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. All purchases can be made through our booking platform with a credit card on file.
